The Ignite Pink Pearl Snap brings together western style and serious FR protection in a shirt engineered specifically for hardworking women.

After fitting 25 different women, we created a pattern that follows the natural shape of a woman’s body for a flattering, comfortable fit. Unlike many FR brands that simply modify a men’s shirt, every measurement of this design was built for women.

For our larger sizes, we added extra room through the chest to provide a better fit for women with a fuller bust—making this one of the few FR pearl snaps designed to fit comfortably without feeling restrictive.
