Our Story

StaticFR was founded by Treavor Cooper, who spent 11 years working in refineries, plants, and industrial job sites across the country.

After years in the field, He noticed the same problem over and over: flame-resistant clothing was either overpriced, uncomfortable, or didn’t hold up to the demands of the job. Workers were paying premium prices without getting premium quality.

Rather than settling for what was available, he decided to build something better.

In March 2024, StaticFR officially launched with one goal: deliver premium FR clothing that works as hard as the people wearing it, without the premium price tag.
